KCRealtime is a free, ad-supported public-information dashboard that aggregates publicly available data for the Kansas City metro. By using the site you agree to the terms below.

Not an emergency service

KCRealtime is not a substitute for 911, NWS, or any official emergency broadcast. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Data on this site can be delayed, cached, or temporarily unavailable. Always verify with the originating agency before making safety decisions.

Public data, as-is

All traffic camera images, incident reports, weather data, police stats, news feeds, jail rosters, and event listings come from publicly accessible third-party sources (KanDrive, KC Scout, MoDOT, KDOT, NWS, county sheriff offices, ESPN, Ticketmaster, RSS feeds, etc.). KCRealtime makes no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, mirror, or otherwise re-host KCRealtime at volume, not to circumvent rate-limiting, and not to use the site for unlawful purposes. Camera streams are provided for personal, non-commercial situational awareness only.

Inmate & warrant information

Inmate roster and warrants data is reproduced from the originating county sheriff or court system. An entry on KCRealtime does not imply guilt — all persons are presumed innocent until convicted. To request a correction or removal, contact the originating agency directly; KCRealtime can not modify third-party records.

Advertising

KCRealtime displays Google AdSense ads to fund the site. Ads are served by Google and are not endorsements by KCRealtime.

Limitation of liability

KCRealtime, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on the data shown. Use at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site evolves. Continued use of KCRealtime after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
